The Ultimate Bacon Sandwich

  • 8 Rashers of Smoked or Unsmoked Case and Son’s Wiltshire Cured Back Bacon
  • 4 Thick Slices of Fresh Cut Bread (the fresher the better)
  • Tomato Ketchup or Brown Sauce (your preference)
  1. Case and Son’s Rashers create the perfect crispy edge as less water is released when frying ensuring a better taste.
  2. Place a large frying pan over a medium heat, add a trickle of olive oil.
  3. Lay the bacon in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. When the bacon is as crispy as you prefer, remove and divide between 2 slices of bread.
  4. Spread either sauce on the remaining 2 slices of bread and place sauce down in the pan. Leave for about minute whilst the juices from the pan are absorbed by the bread.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the warm slices on top of your rashers.
