
My name is Richard, and like my father and grand-father before me, I've been producing quality bacon and gammon all my adult lfe. You might say I've got bacon in my blood!
Here at Case and Sons we pour over 100 years of heart and soul into our
food.
Our Wiltshire Cure bacon was first sold in the small town of Trowbridge in 1877. Since then we've moved a few miles down the road in Wiveliscombe, but our Wiltshire Cure recipe has hardly changed. Once cured, our bacon is allowed to mature for longer; a whole 10 days, leaving a drier, more meaty bacon that is packed with distinctive flavour.
We take the greatest pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to enjoy them as much as we do.
